Item must: Still have all tags attached

Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition.

Have no signs of wear, rips, pulls or stains, including marks from makeup or tan spray/oil or glitter.

Packed in the original garment bag or Box.

Reach us within 7-14 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

Jewlery + Accessories

Your return must: Be unused, unaltered and in original condition

Have no signs of scratches or dents

Packed in the original jewelry box or pouch

Reach us within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

How to start a return
Email us at: hello@annason.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return.
customers is responsible for returns and shipping (unless item is damaged/incorrect).

If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be presented as store credit.

All refunds are processed as store credit. shipping fees are excluded from credit.
