Shipping and Handling

We process and ship orders from our U.S. office. Monday through Friday.

Orders place on weekends or after 12 PM EST will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Make sure you provide an email address.

Before finalizing any order, please double-check the shipping address as we are not liable for any orders shipped to the incorrect address.

We are not responsible for any orders lost/ stolen in transit. We are also not liable for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or UPS. (We will make sure your items are packaged well). If your package was lost, PLEASE contact your nearest USPS.
